Hot water broken. Closet doors didn’t open and close. Changed rooms. Also has similar problem. Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t fill properly. No drain plugs. Hallway carpets dirty. Desk table in room wobbly , severely. Sofa bed dirty, no sheets , and cushions didn’t fit right ….we had already changed rooms. This was the new room. Parking a disaster, garage not connected internally. Fifty percent of staff excellent , first percent either ride or disinterested in customer service. NEVER staying there again. Literally a shoot out on the streets on 4th of July.

I was not happy with my reservation . I asked for double beds and received a single queen bed. Staff was not nice at all when I told him it was wrong. Very disrespectful when I asked questions like I did not exist. I will never stay there again
